The room was fully-equipped and great-sized with shower facilities and a soap in the private bathroom.

Particularly good and unbeatable location in Great Ayton, not far from A classic british pub with good food reasonably priced. A lot of food at the breakfast, including coffee, tea, and cereal.

Had a very comfortable stay for a wedding. The venue was set in the central position very close to the village centre as well as the restaurant at.

Variety of options, fab food. Twin room with complimentary bottles of water as well as children to have own space. Fantastic location close to the coast, in the excellent area. Besides, excellent for visiting Captain Cook Schoolroom 

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 1 night, though everything was modern. The service was absolutely very good. Besides, there was parking nearby. Our accommodation was set in a central location just next door to the restaurant

Fairly clean place & very attentive staff with the service and friendliness of all the staff. Very impressed with quadruple room for children to have own space. A great selection of food for breakfast including coffee, tea, and cereal. Particularly

The room was airy, modern and reasonably priced, for children to have own space. Actually everything was modern, my next choice again in Great Ayton.

The hotel room was new-fashioned and airy, with crisp linen and plenty of fresh towels. The location was great and unbeatable, very close to shops and lovely cafes. It's also in the Great Ayton area.

The room was clean and tasteful, complete with a large double bed and space for children to have their own. The ambience was wonderful. The food had a wide array of reasonably priced options.
